What type of commitment is involved?

I work with my clients in 6 month  increments.  This is where we can really dig in.  If you were a little seedling, this is where we pull the weeds and nourish the  soil to allow you to grow. As you grow your roots, you don't need the same level of support, so we'll determine together what works best for you.  This is part of your empowering process!  After six months, most clients feel most comfortable with periodic check-in sessions and some email support, but maybe you want to fly on your own.  How exciting!  Whatever you need, I'll be here to support you along the way.

How do I get started?

I believe in being up front and no BS, so you don't have to dig around for the price or worry that I'll try to upsell you!  I only accept new clients quarterly (January, April, July, October), and I begin my introductory sessions the month before (December, March, June, September).  The first step is to shoot me a quick email and schedule a 30 minute introductory session (cost for this is $50 - credited to your account if you sign on to coach with me).  Upon confirmation of our date, I will send you preliminary work so we can get the most out of our time.  If you decide to work with me, the total investment for your 6-month program will be $1000 (or a 6-month payment plan of $200/month).
